This free 10-15 minute conversation serves as your first point of contact with us. Here's what you can expect to cover with our Referral Coordinator:

1. Discuss Your Availability: We'll ask about your preferred days/times for appointments & identify available providers within your schedule.
2. Understand Your Needs: We'll briefly explore the reasons you're seeking therapy. This helps us grasp the nature of support you're looking for!
3. Review Insurance Coverage: We'll clarify your coverage and any potential out-of-pocket costs.
4. Gather Essential Information: We'll ask about previous therapy experiences, important medical considerations, and specific therapist preferences you may have.

This initial conversation is key to matching you with a therapist who fits your needs, and who will be well-equipped to handle the specific nuances of your situation. It is our mission to provide you with care that is accessible, personalized, and effective!
