License-Eligible and Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Hybrid (Massachusetts)

We’re looking for full-time, license-eligible and actively licensed therapists in Massachusetts to join our outpatient group practice.

This is a hybrid position that combines remote and in-person work. Therapists have one regularly scheduled in-office day per week at our Lakeville location, either Monday or Friday, and may also work in the office as needed to meet with clients. Remote work must be completed from a private, professional setting appropriate for providing telehealth services.

Full-time therapists work 40 hours per week, including 27 billable sessions, with the remaining time available for documentation, consultation, and other professional responsibilities.

• Referral Support: Receive internally managed referrals thoughtfully matched to your clinical strengths, cultural competency, and other factors that support strong client outcomes.
• Clinical & Professional Support: Receive individual and group supervision or consultation, along with access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Marketing Support: We promote your clinical specialties and availability to help you build and maintain your caseload.

• Hold independent licensure in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or are license-eligible in Massachusetts.
• Thrive in an outpatient mental health care setting.
• Bring clinical experience in areas such as trauma, grief and loss, or working with children and adolescents.
• Enjoy working with diverse client populations.
• Deliver evidence-based care based on individualized client needs.
• Are interested in contributing to the continued development of a clinical group practice.
• Possess strong oral, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Actively engage in risk management discussions, clinical consultation, and supervision.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills for required professional documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
