We verify insurance benefits as a courtesy; however, clients are ultimately responsible for understanding their coverage and any remaining financial balance. 

The No Surprises Act requires health care providers to offer transparency regarding the cost of care. If you are uninsured, self-pay, or choosing not to use your insurance benefits, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) outlining the expected cost of your services.

The fees listed above reflect the standard costs associated with treatment. Your care plan will be determined collaboratively with your clinician and may include one or more of the services listed, as well as additional services or billing codes as clinically appropriate.

Good Faith Estimates are provided on an individualized, case-by-case basis upon request prior to the start of services.

Copayments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

If you are experiencing financial hardship but would still like to engage in therapy, you may be eligible for a payment plan designed to make services more manageable. We may also be able to adjust session frequency when clinically appropriate to help reduce overall costs.
